Our app is designed to be safe for users aged 13 and older and complies with:

2. Protection Measures for Underage Users
2.1. Access Controls and Age Verification
  • We have implemented an age verification system during registration to prevent users under 13 from signing up.

  • Underage accounts have more restrictive settings by default, limiting interactions with other users.

2.2. Privacy and Data Collection
  • We do not collect sensitive personal information from minors without parental consent.

  • The collected data is used only to enhance the app experience, with no sharing with third parties for advertising purposes.

2.3. Moderation and Security
  • All user-generated content undergoes automated and manual moderation to ensure safety.

  • Direct messages between minors and adults are blocked by default.

  • The app includes reporting and blocking tools for inappropriate users or content.

2.4. Educational Resources and Parental Control
  • We provide digital safety tips within the app to promote safe online practices.

  • Parents and guardians can request account deletion for minors at any time.

3. Action Against Suspicious Profiles
  • Suspicious profiles can be reported at any time via support@allduc.com and safety@allduc.com.

  • Any irregularities in profiles or the sharing of inappropriate messages, threads, or moments—according to the Terms of Use—may lead to immediate or non-immediate suspension or removal of the profile.

  • Reported profiles may undergo human review. If confirmed as inappropriate or fake, they will be permanently removed and may be reported to the relevant authorities in compliance with LGPD (General Data Protection Law - Brazil).

We confirm that our app complies with all Google Play Child Safety Policy guidelines.
